FAQ

COVID-19 Procedures

Having everyone leave happy and healthy has always been our goal. We constantly sanitize doors, bathrooms, and our copious number of games and attractions to ensure exemplary conditions for our guests and staff. Diligence in keeping areas sanitary is, as always, of the utmost importance. Management and staff have all been trained on how to properly use our COVID approved chemical treatments to ensure it's safe, both in terms of sanitization and not over saturation. Hand Sanitizer is also provided for all guests in several locations.
Face masks are recommended, but not required. You are welcome, if you choose, to wear a mask if you choose to do so.

General

There is none! Our expansive, amazing arcade is free to enter, the only charge is for the tokens to play. Our inflatables do require a wristband for each child. Each wristband is good for an entire day, and pricing can be found back on our home page!
For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as payment options. Sorry, we do NOT accept American Express or personal checks.
Every person who enters our facility must have a completed waiver for their visit. Guests 17 and younger must have a waiver completed by their parent/guardian. Waivers can be completed in advance here!
Absolutely! Either stop by the front desk or give us a call and we can provide a gift certificate for any denomination.

Birthday Party

We request arrival 10-15 minutes before your event starts to help unload your car, take inventory, do a final check of ordering, and complete waivers for your event, so the fun can begin on time.
That's our job! Upon arrival, we will go over all of your party room requests and set up the entire room while you enjoy our facility. Not only that, we will help pass out food, cut cake, and distribute the goodie bags as well! Our job is to do the work while you relax.
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'll discuss the different packages and availability.
Our pricing is shown here for up to 15 children. If you expect a larger party, we would be happy to discuss the details with you via phone.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is settled on the day of the event, after final attendance is determined and you have reviewed the bill. The deposit will be taken off that final balance.
Cake and cupcakes are the only food items allowed. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun, but are not required to stay.
If our wonderful selection does not pique your interest, you are welcome to bring your own pre-assembled goodie bags and pre-inflated balloons. We DO NOT allow balloons that are filled with confetti, glitter, streamers, etc.
Your package includes plates, napkins, tablecloths, utensils and cups. You are welcome to bring your own as long as decorations come pre-assembled. To provide the ability to adequately clean between events, we DO NOT allow the tables to be moved. We also DO NOT allow silly string, confetti, or glitter, or any items taped or adhered to the walls.
That's why we're here! We set up and clean up while you think about the mess your house would have been if not for us!
No, we've found that full tummies and running around don't mix well. Our parties always begin in the arcade and bounce house rooms.

No, alcohol is NOT allowed in our facility.
We’ll call you 3-5 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options, if you haven’t already. Our team of expert party planners can help you select the appropriate amount of food.
No. We have everything you need to host your party including: plates, napkins, cups, table cloths, plastic ware, candles (assorted stick), lighters, and serving knives.
Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be changed on the day of your party. Goodie bags and balloons are both on hand and can be adjusted as needed on the day of the event.
Yes. A 10% gratuity is typically provided, but is solely at your discretion.

Bounce Houses

There is one flat rate per bounce house.
Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables. If you forget yours, we have socks available for purchase.
Cleanliness is our #1 focus, and our inflatables are no exception. After every group, we properly sanitize all aspects of our bounce houses, not just entrances and exits. Our sanitizing spray is specifically approved for not only COVID-19, as well as strep, flu, and foot and mouth disease.

Arcade

Tickets and tokens never expire! How else could you save up for our giant plush tigers?
The token cost of games and rides range from one (for the smaller, toddler focused pieces) up to 8 (for Bowlingo).
Each arcade piece has alternating fish and dinosaur stickers on the floor in front of it (we secretly like them too). We ask that if someone is playing on a 'fish', please wait until they finish to play the 'dinosaurs' on either side to help keep each other safe.
